Because we sell perishable food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love what you receive! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us immediately if:

  • Items are damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • Something is missing from your order

How to report an issue:

We'll work with you to make it right.

Refunds

If we approve a refund for a damaged or incorrect order:

  • You'll receive a refund to your original payment method
  • Processing takes 5-10 business days
  • Your bank may need additional time to post the refund
